Granite Hall
Site-based rehabilitation for individuals with severe or long-term illness
provides structure and skills training based on plans developed with each individual

Community Support Team
Our community-based component meets individuals where they live, work
or socialize in the community to provide skills training and support based on

necessary supports
for individuals to adapt successfully

Vocational Pathways
Supported employment services assist consumers in assessing vocational needs,

Family Psycho-education
A program designed to assist families in working through feelings, overcoming obstacles, and in coping with family members diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizo-affective disorder that are in the public mental health system or are uninsured. For more information, contact Jackie 410-876-3007 x135.
Getting Connected Family Resource Center
The Get Connected Family Resource Center is a referral center for families with children who have developmental disabilities, mental health issues, substance abuse issues, interpersonal violence experiences or other concerns. The Center is also sponsoring a Respite Care Provider training, click here for more information. Service Locations
Our major service location is on Green Street in Westminster.
Our Community Support Team and Vocational Services are provided
where they are needed in the community, including
homes, work, and in Granite House operated apartments.
What Do We Charge?
Most Granite House services are covered by insurance. We participate
in numerous insurance plans, including most major private insurers,
Medical Assistance and Medicare.
Individuals not covered by insurance have the option to pay
out of pocket for services and may also apply for various state
subsidized services. |
