Membership Process

The qualifications for membership are:

Age 18 or older
All applicants need to have a primary diagnosis of SPMI (“serious and persistent mental illness” schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder, etc.)
All applicants should have an interest in participating in the program, as attendance is voluntary
Diagnosis will need to be confirmed, prior to tour

Steps to follow:

1. Complete Tour Request and
submit to Granite House.
2. Attend tour
3. Join Granite House, become a
member and complete
